GLOBAL VENTURES PROGRAM

Very simply, the Global Ventures Program was created to back companies who require additional assistance in concluding their transactions successfully. The Programs and Services are designed to help many different types of transactions in many different business types. These include Real Estate Development, Oil and Gas, Mining, and any other type of good business venture. These transactions can range from $10 Million to $1 Billion or more.

The theory behind these strategies is that we provide the ability to guarantee the Interest Payments and Principal redemption outside of the transaction. With this now available, clients are able to conclude the transaction successfully.

A summary of the programs are detailed below:

ASSET BACKED BONDS- 10 YR. TERM $25 MILLION MINIMUM

A Bond Offering is available to qualified companies. Once these notes are issued, they are backed by "A" rated or better SLS policies which guarantee the principal and interest payments as required.

VENTURE EQUITY to SECURE BUSINESS FINANCING- FROM $2 MILLION TO $25 MILLION

Now offering Bonds backed by SLS Policies to be used as additional security for project financing. We prepare the Memorandum and then deposit assets to the clients bank account. We then receive an equity stake in the project and this will be negotiated.

PUBLIC COMPANIES - FRANKFURT EXCHANGE - IPO

We are now able to take Companies who have a proper business plan public on the Frankfurt Exchange, in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a very good way for new or existing companies to raise capital for their business. The entire process takes approximately 30 - 45 days to complete.

PROOF of FUNDS LETTER - ISSUED FROM MAJOR COMMERCIAL BANK - $10 MILLION Min.

We can provide a Proof of Funds Letter issued by a major commercial bank for a term of three (3) months to one (1) year.
